Yam 310 Sti-V

Anyone have experience of the 2020 onward Sport Tender range of Yam SIBs?

Need a tender, and Honwave T32 with Yamaha F6 would seem to be the sweet spot for me, but for the sake of something different the Yam 310 Sti-V looked comparable with the T32.

Anyone tried one, own one?

Not so new as 2020. But I own a 310Sti with a Yam 8hp 2 stroke.

It's brill!

Me and the wife use it, mostly in the Lakes and the on river excursion. No issues and I'd trust it 100% as a tender. Great SIB IMO.

The reason I say 2020 onward, is... I think the boat was updated for 2020 and may have been nothing more than a colour scheme alteration and a change to the grab handles etc... but it may have been a complete re-design. The 310 is the one on the right...

Essentially the same boat with cosmetic upgrades. It's made by Zodiac I believe and build quality is excellent.

They aren't particularly cheap new. I picked mine up for 350 quid from eBay in mint condition. Seller was gutted the bidding stopped at that! I was delighted! Had to drive 170 miles to collect, but at that price who cares?
Go for it is my advice. They're a great boat.
