Zodiac 2250 Classic patch replacement

Hi all, wanting to replace the portside patch that holds the front brace on a Zodiac classic 2250.
Can anyone help me with the following:-
Pics attached.

1. What is the correct terminology for the brace.

2. A name or part number for the patch that holds the brace. Or even better where i can buy one !

3. I assume like the boat the patch itself is hypalon am i correct ?

4. When i re-fit the brace what are the protocols for glueing hypalon to wood.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
