Zodiac 6 & 18 gal Fuel Bladders: Which Most Practical?

Regarding the Zodiac 6 and 18 gallon fuel bladders, which is more practical?

What's the height and width of each?

How far or how many hours can I expect to get out of the 6 gal? I'm asking because the 6 gal looks more suiting to my disabilities vs trying to move the 18 gal around by myself. I think the 18 I would just leave in the rubber duck, top it off directly at the gas pump on the way to the ramp.

Then you have the long rectangular bladders, looks like I could hang two in the bow and still have room for bow kit bag.
