Zodiac Fastroller Problems

Hi there just come back from my 6 week summer holidays and i am yet again on the phone to zodiac. I have now had this exact same problem twice the moulded rubber that holds the transom in place is ripping from the top down (see pictures) The middle of last season on an 05 boat it happened so i got in contact with MGA where i purchased the boat from Shaun sorted it out with Zodiac and they replaced the boat. I was assured that this problem was a one off and it wouldn't happen again so with a brand new boat it happens again this season. I have tried to contact zodiac uk but they have now shut down and left Avon uk to deal with the problems. I am having no joy with coming to an agreement with them this time because zodiac uk have shut down and France do not want to know about it. Has anyone else had the same problem with zodiac warranty and customer service and this same problem with the transom. Has anyone got any ideas on who to speak to.

I have Shaun's mobile number - I know MGA has closed down but he might be able to help? Certainly if I had a problem with my boat and could not get joy anywhere else I would give him a call. Have you tried a different dealer in Zodiac/Avon?

I have tried a few other dealers and they do not really want to know because i did not buy the boat of them. If you could give me shauns number though that would be great.

Last time I spoke to Shaun Edmunson he had gone back to Financial Advisor for which he is so qualified.
He was a good guy and not a bull-shitter, I got 3 boats from him from friends and his service was scond to none, according to my friends.
