Zodiac Futura MK ll customized build

Last year I shot video on my Zodiac Futura MK ll "beginning of spring" build. For those who haven't seen my boat I'd say its a bit of overkill for a SIB but I love it. I finally edited the footage and posted on YouTube. I think I've figured out & built some bits that really worked out well.
Now, I build my boat once a year and put it away at the end of summer. And I had to figure how to assemble it by myself and not give up the features that make it functional, comfortable and fast.
My boat takes about 1 hour to build once the parts are all in the driveway. And none of it is physically hard to do.
Have a look

Neat video. I had a mk2 zodiac and can relate to how important it is to be organized.

I didn't see a fire extinguisher though, but i am sure you have it tucked away.

In the front bag. As far from engine as possible. But having it insured above value I might "for safety reasons" keep my distance.

Loved the video.

I used to build a Zodiac MKII CGT, hauled from a loft and loaded into a car with the seats down. From the back of car to the slipway, install the aluminium floorboards, then lift a Yamaha 25hp engine onto the transom. Tie down fuel tank, etc. Used to be afloat for 6 weeks every summer during school holidays. Happy days.

Oh boy there it is...!
The one an only Zodiac Mark 2 C Futura S....
Whatt I can see from the pictures on the internet, the rails under the 2000
Zodiac Mark 2 C Futura S arre more closer to the middle, and if I compare it to a 2006 Zodiac Mark 2 Futura the rails are placed just next to the ponton..On your boat the rails should be simelar to the 2006 Zodiac Mark 2 Futura..I wonder if they Zodiac changed the rails because the pontons got bigger to carry the bigger load from the motor...

Do you when they stopped making the Zodiac Mark 2 C Futura S ?

And am I right when I think the Zodiac Mark 2 Futura is the successor of the Zodiac Mark 2 C Futura S....?

All I can say is in the same 2002 brochure there is a Futura sport with the sponsons set further out so they were making both styles at the same time.
