zodiac futura mk3 fr vs bombard commando c3

Hi there ,i deside to buy on of these ,i found them used,
the zodiac is 2002 model ,never used just open to take photos ,
The c3 is 2000 model tube serviced one year ago ,medium fishing use .
I have a long suzuki 25hp .which one ?what about seats on the zodiac ?can i replace the inflatable floor with aluminium ?

Hello and welcome to the forum.

Sadly at the age of these boats... even if never used... the glue will be failing or about to fail in a year or so. Extensive work or serious cost is involved in repairing the transom or floor attachment if this happens.

My Zodiac dealer always said the glue life was about 18yrs and from a lot of failures over the past few years with forum members this has proved quite accurate.

I would say don't pay too much for an older boat

Use it for a season or two.

Learn to DIY your own repairs.

Sell it for profit (depending if you got a deal)

And upgrade your boat every years for FREE.
