I am told the speed tubes on Futuras can and do leak air at the back. Both of mine have. The right one was the 3rd outing. The left one went while it was sleeping in my shed for the winter. Zodiac is slow to send replacement ( 2-4 months) So fixing is a must and thankfully quite easy. So this time I shot a video on how to easily fix these leaks. And as a bonus zodiac doesn't want the leaky tube back so you then have a backup tube. My warranty replacement from the first leak is still in the plastic bag on a shelf. P.S. Have any of you guys replaced Speed Tubes/Hijackers with Polyethylene foam rounds? I can get them 8" X 8' and shape them down to match. Might go to this some day. I could pay for the foam with the new unused speed tube I have.
I'm sure they would be a bit firmer than my tubes at recommended 3.4psi.
