Zodiac zoom 380 rowlock problem

I was wondering if anybody else has experienced the problem I'm having with the above boat rowlocks its the pin that goes into base glued to the tube 180 degree turn to fit into base the pin keeps coming out I have had the base to bits and installed new retainer pins but has happened again.
Does anybody know if there is upgrade or how can I get the old base off tubes to fit new units?
Any advise would be appreciated.

Funnily enough, we've seen exactly the same problem on our Zoom 310. Sadly, I've not had any time to look at it in detail or figure out how to fix it!
