Booking Mooring in French Ports near La Rochelle

Does anyone have any expereince of the 3 ports in La Rochelle or the 3 in Fouras? I am trailering Farfetched down for late July for 2 weeks and want to know where best to launch / moor her and how to fix everything up.

Many thanks

Bruce

Massive slipway in La Rochelle marina with pontoon moorings for visitors - it's only a mile or two from the town/city and there's a nice beach adjacent. We didn't bother with a mooring as the slipway is free to use and there's loads of parking. Well that was the case in 1994 - keep meaning to go back there........

It would be great if you could update any information on Boatlaunch after your visit. I get loads of people asking about France but we have limited information.

Many thanks.

I've just checked up for Bruce, the slipway is now a paying one.

If you want Bruce i'll translate a message for you so long as you don't write a novel

I've got to get back to you Peter. I've been very busy with my job change these last few weeks.
