HELP! inflatable tubes contact

I am hoping someone can help me to find a name of somebody to Contact at the Scanner inflatable boat company. I have a 1997 Scanner 590 and would like to replace the inflatable tubes. I live in San Diego, California USA. I have tried contacting scanner dealers in Europe, but have received no reply. Seems no one in America is familiar with Scanner boats.
