That is one hell of a find ,
I would be inclined to set her up with twin 90 out boards, inboard is going to hurt your wallet big time

Twin 90's wouldn't be my choice. Got to be bigger than that surely ?

Yes, I was wondering about that.

Next door's Arctic 24 gets 44 knots from twin 150s. It used to be in the low 40s with 135s. Apparently it barely planes on one engine, if at all. That's a 24, though, not a 22.

The Atlantic 21 they had before that was initially on twin 60s. I thought it ended up with 75s, but I might be wrong. Apparently it has twin 90s now: http://www.rib.net/forum/f8/atlantic...ild-66342.html

Big difference in power for a 3ft increase in length, but I'd have thought a Pacific 22 would be closer to an Arctic 24 than an Atlantic 21.
