Scam listings as in selling a 20 yr old Ski as 2 yr old with 50 hrs kind of thing ?

Something I didn't ask is how easy it is to get a Ski or RIB back on terra firma out of the Sea. Do you always need a trailor or similar or somewhere to dock it ?

I'm thinking Torquay to Bournemouth will need refuelling at one end and also parking it. Are there effectively boat parks around the Harbour/s where you can leave your craft for a few hours/day and then do the return trip ?

Scam listing as in the advert shows a boat that isn’t theirs and will come up with every excuse as to why you can’t see it and they will deliver it after you pay kind of scam “if it looks too good to be true it usually is” Provenance is worth checking too stolen boats and skis do appear for sale so checking hull engine numbers and paperwork are a must. Hours can also be changed generally the hours are stored in the ecu and new ecu has 0 hours hour meters can also be changed

Ideally take someone who knows the set up you are looo at with you when viewing and make sure seller and documents match up.
