Falmouth to Isles of Scilly

Hi
We are thinking of taking our rib over to the Isles of Scilly, we are based in Mylor and we haven't done the trip before. We would prefer to go with other ribs for company obviously the weather would need to be good.
Does anybody know if any groups doing this trip this year?
Thanks
Steve

I and few others want to go over later in the summer for a long weekend camping but nothing firm yet....if you like I'll keep you posted when it looks likely we'll be going.
Because of the weather It pays to be flexible as you can,and just be ready to go for it.
Bhryer is good for camping, and the Pub is OK...requires a mooring and Tender, but you can hire one for your stay which saves a lot of Hassle!
South Coast is a lot easier jump off than the North too.
There are several threads relating to the Trip and and the Islands you may find useful

May flip over next month if the weather permits.

Hi
Thanks for the reply we are going over around the middle of next month because we have something booked on St Marys, so unless the weather is really settled we will be on the Scillonian. We are interested in going for a couple of days in the summer, so we will keep an eye on the forum.
Thanks
Steve

You'll need a bit of luck there, we tend to spot a weather window and go.

RIBase
Hi

I'm near you in Cornwall. I always fancied this trip to the Scillies, but Steve like you wont do it alone. Would like to do a group trip. Weather time off permitting of course.
