Hi all!
although I am located in Vienna I bought a used RIB (Zodiac Open Pro 550 with Yamaha F115) recently.
I fulfilled a wish of my wife and bought a flat at the seaside in Italy and my new neighbors convinced me that it is only half the fun without a boat.
So far I was addicted to sailing (and still I am) and did some trainings, licenses and even participated in regatta racing - I think that I have some experience in seamanship... but I am totally new to motor boats!
It was interesting to learn that the steering is completely different and I still feel not confident with power trimming ... but it’s getting better every and hopefully at some point of time (and with some hints from you) I will master my RIB as good as a sailing vessel;-)
