Hello all, I have taken the plunge again back into ribs after 8 years on sailing yachts(the lads say I have gone over to the dark side, lol). Time for a bit of speed again. Have purchased a second hand 6m ribeye, very excited to get my hands on Her! Previous ribs where a 5m humber assault and 5.3m humber assault, so a bit of difference this time Around!
