This boat here would probably suit your needs well & the boat is a good price if you can find a suitable engine. These aluminium hull ribs are great, nice and light compared to a fibreglass hull & handle better than a sib but obviously dont fold so take up more storage space
No connection to the seller it just looks a good deal
Edit:- just noticed its now marked sold[emoji853] its the kind of thing I think might suit
