Hello

Just found this place yesterday while raking the internet for info etc. what a wealth of knowledge. Anyway picked up a 4m Narwhal today as my first RIB (or boat of any kind).
Looking forward to getting it wet soon

Welcome to the forum. What size is the Yamaha?

Post up a report when you get out. I well remember the excitement of our first small craft at sea some 15yrs ago.

Hi and welcome.
Loads of great information here if you use the search facility, and if can’t find what you are looking for I’m sure some the guys here can help.

Welcome to the forum. Boat looks fairly tidy, good engine too. Best not to put ratchet straps over the tubes, you can put them from the hull straight to trailer

Thanks. I thought that would be the case re strapping it down. My problem is the trailer is short. Only really overhangs the axel by about 30cm. This means that the straps would come round under the boat and rub at the bottom of the transom.

If anyone has a trailer lying about that is better suited👍
