Hello from Alaska

Hello from Alaska. I just sold my 11' ZED and bought a an 18' zodiac. I'm hoping to learn from all the RIB pros on here. I plan to use my boat mainly in Prince William Sound and Cook inlet.

I'll try and post some tonight. There are so many post card views and the pics really never come out as good as the actual view.

Say hello to the whales for me and if you could send a crate or two of alaskan amber beer to the uk I woudl be grateful. Ha Ha, I spent a lot of time in Alaska in the late eighties and nineties, loved the place, fantastic scenery. Anchorage, Juneau, Seward, Ketchikan, Whitier, Glacier Bay, Inside Passage, Hiking, Fishing, Gold Panning, Bears, Salmon, Whales of all sorts, a great place. Snow, wind, rain at times.

If you ever bump into anyone from the alskan brewing company can you ask them how I would go about importing a few crates of alaskan amber back to the UK as I would like to as I miss the stuff.

Welcome to Rib.net

I too would like to see photos from your Alaskan adventures, as the scenery is incredible.
