Hello From Cornwall

Hi All
Looking to buy our first rib (3.8 or 4 metres). Been told that deep V hull is better. Been looking at used Ribeye, Avon & Valiant. Any other suggestions appreciated and if you know of any ribs for sale please let me know.

Hi Anna,

Welcome to Ribnet. Post some details of what you intend doing with a RIB and there'll be lots of advice offered from some very knowledgeable folk here. I can vouch for Ribeye as a good solid boat and Avon are always a safe bet. I've read good things about Valiant but have no personal experience of them. 3.8 - 4.0 M is on the small size RIB wise, but it does rather depend on what you intend using it for.

@4m there only is the legend that is the 4 Searider. Don't mess about with anything less.

Where in the Duchy are you?
