Hello from Hawaii! I am a freediver looking to get into some deeper water and have been considering getting my first boat for a while now, so I've decided on getting a small RIB.
Right now I am browsing Craigslist, and looking to ship something over from California because the options in Hawaii are limited. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I am on a limited budget so hopefully no more then $5000 plus the $1000 or so it cost to ship. I would like to be able to fit at least 2 passengers. So I was thinking 12-16ft
