Hello from Hull, East Yorkshire

Thought I'd just join the newbie section to make myself know and join in with all you good folks.

Not the best area of the country for accessing the sea and also not so many rib users in this neck of the woods.

Good to join after reading many threads and look forward in reading and participating in many more.

Si.

What do you use your rib for?
My daughter is looking forward to using a doughnut but apart from the sea the only place I know of is Billabong lake.
I hope to do some sea fishing and I think my wife will only want to to river trips.

Thanks Rib T, pleased to be a rib owner.

Geoff, I looked at the Powerboat qualification but although I thought it looked interesting, did not feel it worth my while as it did not seem to make a lot of difference to insurance quotes.

Are you doing the course on one of the lakes or at Brid?

Si.
