Hello from the South West
Hi all,
I did a fair bit of 'lurking & learning' on here last summer when I was debating whether I could justify buying a RIB - so thank you for all your help in that as your advice was much appreciated.
I am based for much of the year in St Mawes, in Cornwall, and know that the XS Ribs really handle the seas in and around the Carrick Roads well (because Mark runs a rescue, taxi, touring service with a 6.5m XS from there pretty much year round and he seemed a very trusty authority)... So I found a good one in Wales with very low hours and bought it second hand.
So anyway, thanks for the help - her name is MadDog (after the boat yard in which I found her) and if I can be of any use to people in the future as I have been helped here then that will be good karma.
