Hi from Southern New Hampshire USA

Just want to introduce myself. I am a life long boater who has owned and used inflatables as a tender for many years. I sold our 36 foot Carver back in 2002 and along with it our beloved 10 foot inflatable with a 9.9 Merc 2 stroke. I recently had a chance to buy a very different inflatable and it was a deal I couldn't pass up.
I bought a 1997 Prestige 475c with a Yamaha 90hp. It's 15 feet long with a center console on a custom trailer. The hull is a catamaran. It needed some tlc with the engine and wiring but it was cheap and quick to sort out. It rides and handles amazingly.
I had never head of Prestige before. They are made in South Africa and from what I understand there are not many of them in the states. The boat was retubed in 2010.
Looking forward to learning and participating in this forum. Thanks for having me.

She's a good runner now. Timing was way off and there was some stuff in the carbs but now it's 100%. One of the main reasons I bought the boat was the Yammy. One of the best engines they made.

Very cool boat. That thing must go very well with a 90 and what looks like a 2 stroke. My favorite. Welcome aboard!

Thanks, glad to be here. Yes, love the reliability of the 2 stroke!
