Hi from west Australia - advice on a motor
Hi there,
I am keen to read a few of the posts.
I just purchased a rapid rib 3.9 meter with a brand new Honda 20hp 4 stroke engine.
I am yet to take it out on the water but was advised by the seller I would get about 20 knots with 2 people on board.
I am hoping to take it in open water within 2 km from the coast and travel about 20km south and into the river....
Any thoughts on whether it will be underpowered for trawling. I might want more speed?
Any recommendations would be great.
