Hello everyone. Myself and my mate have a bit of a boat problem, we now have 2 RIBs that we tell our wives belong to each other

We have an Avon SR4 with a Mariner 40hp tiller control, cracking wee boat that can go in the biggest of seas.
We have just bought a Flatacraft Force 6 from Ken Beamishken on here. Its heading for SIT on Saturday to get the tubes repaired with seat patches and life lines attached for diving. We managed to pick up an almost new console with throttle and teleflex fitted. This will be glassed on when it comes back up the road. We will then flowcoat the deck and transom then flip her over and do the hull as well.
There will be a 2 stroke 60hp Yamaha fitted to her. All this started out with a hunt for a trailer for the SR4. We bought a Broom speedboat for £500 kept the trailer and sold the boat for £750. So far we have a boat, trailer and console with £100 left over. Cant wait to get her out for a run.
