I'm old but a newbie

hiya folks Im Stewart from Montrose on the north east of Scotland, I currently have a 4mtr SIB DSB Zephyr with a 40hp 2 stroke Yamaha, i have the boat deflated and all parts being cleaned and overhauld apart from the enginge it will get serviced and i will renew the water pump and any other thing it requires
im looking forward to having fun and chats on the forum

my granddads buried in Montrose lovely cemetery .enjoyed many holidays there as a boy fishing next to the chivers pea factory outlet on the jetty and getting ice cream from the place up the beach .don't suppose id recognise any of it now

sadly beer the factory has gone as has chivers jam place and new buildings up but hey man that dont stop you coming back up for a holiday with your boat and maybe squeeze a beer in too lol oh and i think you have a serious challange on for your nickname lol

Hi Mike im retired also but m boat is out of use at the moment as doing lots of work, i know where logie pert is but not right to your door lol

No problem Stewart. I have an F-Rib 360 and a Smartwave 480 centre console. F-Rib is good for 2 fishing, the Smartwave is good for 3-4

that would be great mike especially as the cod and haddock are inshore for winter breeding, i was a part owner of a 30ft boat before it was stolen we had creals and did a little fishing plenty catching from scurdyness to the redhead.when my leg is a bit easier i will give you a shout
