Checking in from the U.S.(boston) great forum.
I just picked up a used RIB. I got a y2k Quicksilver Rhino II, the non-console variety. The tube is on decent shape, has a slow leak. I will track it down and repair over the off season. She will hold air for about half a day before she goes limp. The hull (plastic) is in great shape. I cant argue for the price, $200 usd.
I picked the boat up with no motor, although the motor plate is listed for a 25hp max with a console, or a 15hp max as a tiller. I am leaning toward a 20 Yamaha.
The RIB is slated a tender for my boat, but I am sure I will be having plenty of fun with it.
