Looking for a RIB

Hi
I'm based 15 miles east of Manchester, (Glossop).
I am looking to buy a 4.5m RIB.
I have a Tohatsu 50 hp outboard with power tilt and ready to hang onto the back of a suitable RIB hull.

Any boats out there?

Budget would be about £2,000.
Needs to be reasonably close to Manchester, (eg. about 100 miles max).

You aren't exactly giving yourself a huge market to look at. Sure there will be RIBs for that money. Sure there will be RIBs near Manchester. But the Venn Diagram of the two requirements is not going to have a big overlap. Add a third circle to your Venn diagram - RIBs worth looking at and you are going to be very narrow. Increase your catchment area and you stand a better chance of finding a decent bargain rather than a lump of junk...

You might spend as much tweaking the junk AA travelling to get something better... Presume travelling is possible as you will need a means to get the boat to water...

I have this and I am travelling to Cheshire in the next 10 days. I can't say I'll deliver for free as I'll have to come in the Landie not the car but I'd say £50 would cover it.



£1500 on a good trailer with no engine.

It's a 4.5m humber.

Full add in "ribs for sale" section, but it's had a mini-refurb so VGC but not yet been rigged so will need steering, battery box, fuel tank etx.

I do have all those bits available too.
