New guy to forum looking for advice on restoration
Hi guys,
I am in the process of fully restoring a Zodiac Yachtline deluxe 600Rl (1999 year) series 4069.
I am having trouble locating a replacement bow roller. Zodiac have stopped making them and offer no assistance! The bow roller bolts in to the tube so without it I can't anchor and the restoration will not be complete!!
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers.

Hi and welcome. I'm not a restorer but there are many on here who I'm sure will be along shortly. The only help I can be is to advise you to give whisper a PM he is in the business and might help you source your part. Cheers J

Welcome. A photo might be a help - there will be a workaround if the exact part can't be found.

There is always a way, my toy uses rubbing strake as a rollpoint instead of an actual roller. There are other makes of roller out there that'll do the job.
It may not be 'complete' but it'll work great.

Not sure why it won't let me upload more than one pic at a time!

Thanks Andy, I can't even find an alternative because it bolts to the tube. The only alternatives I can find glue to the tube. The next option is custom I think unless I can find a second hand one.

Not sure why people often upload screenshots these days? The resolution isn't great as a result so you can't see what's wrong with them or any detail...
What is actually wrong with the old one? Does the whole thing need replaced or just the roller?

I uploaded a screen shot because that's not my boat!! It's the, only pic I can find of the bow roller online. Mine was completely missing when I purchased the boat. I'm after the complete roller including the fibreglass mould!

Here's a pic of what it looks like without the mould.
How would I attach the mould you have whisper?

Hi that's all I have, the chances of getting the identical item is very slim.

I know, I've been trying for a while! How would that mould attach though? Does it need to be glued?

My zodic had one like this one it.
You could glue this to a piece of tube material, add some eyelets that line up with the ones on the boat and tie it in.
