I have some questions about the proper way to make my inflatable into a console drive boat.. Any input would be much appreciated

what kind of boat have you got?

I went through this dilemma 2 years ago and ended up selling my honda t40 with alloy floor keeping the engine a yam 30hp 2 stroke and buying a 4 m rib withbuilt in consul.
I toyed with changing the engine from tiller to remote and adding a consul to the sib.
