My name is Sameh from Israel

currently has a 3.8m zebec SIB with 15 hp outboard mercury 2 stroke.

willing to upgrade to a RIB-a boat type that i am in love with.

My main purpose of boating is fishing in the Mediterranean.

Welcome Sameh - nice location for getting out on a boat. I know the Med can get rough but you get many more calm days than we do here (especially in Scotland's East coast!) I also have a 15hp 2 stroke (Mariner 2006) that was on a 3.8m SIB but now is used on my F-Rib 360.
