New Member Intro: Hello from Cork
Hello all,
I am a new member to the forum.
I have found this site to be very helpful with problem solving, and general upkeep to keep things operating as they should.
I am not the owner of a rib, however I am the offspring of such an owner, who is more than happy to let me attempt to keep Maverick seaworthy.
Sailing is my first love, but all things sea-related are interesting.
The maintenance aspect makes for half of the fun. I endeavor to have things operating properly.
I have a basic knowledge of engine mechanics and electrics. Although I would firmly label myself as consciously incompetent - in that I know a little, but not a lot.
I join the forum with the intention to ask for some help to arrive at a solution to a problem I am experiencing with an older small 2-stroke, and contribute if I can to other threads.
