Thanks for the ideas.
Regarding the trailer, it's a box trailer with a flat tarpaulin. The box dimensions are 3m x 1.5m. We leave the boat stored on the trailer, but we have to lift it up and down.
Do you have any experience with the Cadet 310 Aero? That would save 11 kg. But like with the Talamex 300, we probably won't be able to plan.

I have no experience with either the Talamex 350 or the Cadet 310 Aero (apart from seeing one at the boat show and thinking it was incredibly small)
Personally I think you are looking for a holy grail, a sib that is big enough to be useable by you, planes easily with a small OB and is light enough for you and your partner to lift.
Have you considered using a proper bunked boat trailer to launch and retrieve your sib?

I have a talamex 350 air floor, run it with a 15hp mercury 4 stroke. With that on it flies.
Re pulling it up a slipway, i have fold down launch wheels fitted, makes an enormous difference removing as much weight from the boat as possible anchors etc, as well as unstrapping the petrol tank and taking that out. All the weight is then over the transom, straight over the wheels and it pulls easily. Also lift the drain plug and drain as soon as you are out of the water, they can hold a lot of water around the inflatable keel if it's been wet

When we drive with the heavy 9.9 hp, the ground moves up and down at 23 km/h or higher. The boat ends up bouncing up and down. Do you have the same phenomenon?

By ground do you mean the boat floor?
If tube and floor pressure are correct I wouldn't expect anything to be moving very much.

Yes the boat floor moves up and down.
Only with the 9,9 hp. With the light 8 hp 2 stroke it is all right.
We use 0,9 Bar at the floor. Allowed only 0,8.

As others, still slightly confused which is the biggest issue….pulling up slip fully rigged, or lifting bare boat onto box trailer, or both?
That’s a big box trailer at 3 x 1.5m. Depending on the height some long transom wheels like the Seamax Deluxe (cheaper copies available) adjustable from 60 to 80cm in length may raise boat enough to assist in sliding on your trailer. Also with large transom wheels and the addition of a bow dolly, like the Trem ones, will greatly reduce the effort pulling up a slip and take holding up the bow out of the equation.

Boat wise if your intent on saving weight whilst maintaining hull length then I suppose you could consider something like the AquaMarina U-Deluxe 350 which is only 34kg. It’s a closed bow tunnel hull sib (catamaran) and go well with smaller engines but bear in mind it’s a lightweight boat with smallish diameter sponsons, so best suited to flattish water. They also do the AirCat 335 catamaran which is another half a kilo lighter. Although 150mm shorter it has more deck space with the open bows.

I think I kinda get the idea now. The whole outfit assembled is hard to pull up a steep slip and then the SIB alone is heavy to lift onto the box trailer.
I genuinely think changing to a Tohatsu 9.8 2-stroke would help. With that on the back also taking others advice above with the fuel tank plus all the other kit walked back to the car first, then that's a pretty light outfit to pull up a slip. If it's a hard surface slip try blowing the transom wheel tyres up really hard to help them roll well. If it's lifting at the bow handle that gives the problem then buy a bow trolley, I use one all the time.
Back at the car you will also appreciate the Tohatsu's light weight when removing it from the transom and packing into the trailer or car. To get the SIB on the box trailer I'd be putting a tarpaulin on the ground behind the trailer and under the SIB then both of you lift the bow sliding it part on. Then both go to the transom end to lift up and slide fully onto the trailer.
If you are already managing the SIB onto the trailer this way and it's too difficult then either a proper boat trailer as Steve says or just buy a lighter SIB. Personally I'd not make a SIB change unless it was a full 10kg lighter such as the Zodiac 310 or the AquaMarina Chipko mentions. They will probably both feel a little smaller or more exposed on the water than the Talamex 350 but if that keeps you getting out in a boat for a few more years then probably an acceptable compromise.
I honestly think all the options possible are within the thread above, you just need to decide.

yes, you are right.
it's about both:
the boat is loaded onto the trailer. The engine is in the trailer box.
we use the launch wheels to pull it out of the water.
I'll do it like this and unload everything from the boat first.
