New RIBs owner AVON or ZODIAC

Hi,
New member here. Due to no parking space for boat trailer, I bought a 1994 AVON 3.50 without the motor. Then I bought a really good deal of 2000 ZODIAC CFR 340 that comes with a 15hp motor. Now I have to decide which RIB should I register first. The 1994 AVON is 6 years older made of hypalon and the 2000 ZODIAC CRF is made of PVC. There are couple patches above the water line on the AVON but seems to be really solid. It also has the roller floor. The 2000 ZODIAC CRF does not have any patch but does not have a hard floor. Both of them are rated for MAX power of 15 H.P. I intend to leave it on the dock or on the mooring and I was told that the PVC does not live long under the sun. Any suggestions from the experience RIBs owner is appreciated.
thanks,
Don

A cover or regular application of 303 Aerospace should help with the longevity issue.

Depending on where you are (and what your dock space is like) I'd be a little worried about theft or vandalism.

Luck;

Thanks. I will keep this in mind. Decided to use the Avon first this year and see how it goes.
