download onto a pc then go into manage attachments below upload done

I've attached your pictures because you'll never get an answer without them. You shouldn't need to upload to a PC to upload. But you may need to click "Advanced" and the manage attachments below the window.

You need to tell us more about the kids. I'm not sure I like kids being behind me - I can't see what they are doing...
