Newbie in ayrshire

Hi everyone

I've just purchased my first RIB - first boat actually. Osprey Sparrowhawk. I'll call it pre loved and it's seen some action but seems to be a pretty solid boat. Did my PB2 last year and looking forward to getting out once I've got my act together.

Cheers
Neil

Hi

Also planning on using Largs. That's where I did the PB2 so familiar with the layout. Long term plan is a summer dry berth and get someone else to do the launch/recover until i get the hang of the boating thing.

The dry berth makes good sense you just turn up & go makes life very easy. We launch & recover as we keep the boat inside at home. Post some pics of the boat & I'll say hello I'm sure theres another sparrow hawk uses the marina too so your not alone. Plenty to do & see around the area to keep you busy for a good while

I'll need to give it a wash first! I'm really looking forward to getting out. There's some stuff to sort out boat and equipment wise but should be good soon.
