Newbie...sort of

Rubber-raft2 in Northern Michigan, USA (However my profile says "UK N Ireland" and cannot edit to correct it)
Sea Eagle 10.6 Sports Runabout
1971 9.5 Evinrude short shaft
Joined back in August and have been enjoying reading the forums. However, I wasn't able to participate until now since it showed me logged in but said my account needed verification, well after numerous attempts I finally was able to connect with Cliff with support and he managed it.
Thanks to Cliff

If you put in an appeal to the moderators, they will fix your profile for you.

Bought new near the end of August and 1st time owner of a sib, although I opted for a rigid floor.
Between sandblasting, painting & reconfiguring a trailer to accommodate it & high winds (30-40 mph) gusts i only made two very short trips both of which I was pleased with in how quick it came up on plane and handled in a fair chop, now am patiently waiting for spring.Click image for larger version
