Hi oldbow... welcome to the forum.

Good sturdy SIBs those alloy floor Honwaves and it must punch along well with a 25hp. We've owned the 3.5m version and I always felt that needed more than the 15hp we had at the time.

Over at Corby you are not too far from us... as the crow flies we are the other side of Oundle from you.

Have you been sibbing for long? Like us you are well inland... where is your chosen boating area?

only just bought this set up had a zodiac mk11 with a 9hp until last year when the glue gave up on her. I do my once a year trip to Scotland where I was born fish for mackrel on loch long for a few days then on to river Clyde near Greenock for more.
the plan this year is similar except we have licensed for the river Nene to course fish. and plan to go wells-next-the-sea on good weather weekends also loving what I see around the Welsh coast must try that will let you know how she handles
