Starting my boating journey in the Channel Islands
Hi everyone,
I moved to Jersey a few years ago, had never lived around the sea, or for that matter boats, so knew nothing about them. The first time I got on a RIB was on a Seafaris trip to Ecrehous, so definitely a late starter.
I got hooked to boating last year after completing an RYA PB2 course. Got a share in a syndicate and since then been building up the confidence and skill. It’s been a steep learning curve. Thoroughly enjoying it and look forward to participating and learning more on the forum.
