Zodiac

I have purchased a zodiac MK 3
4.7m my problem is after about 4 days it looses a lot of pressure l have gone over the boat with soapy water and are confident there are no leaks, l put all valves to navigate which l believe isolated all chambers so if there was a leak only 1 chamber should go down but they all loose pressure evenly is this normal..?

Hi and welcome to the forum. Have you owned a SIB before? Do you know they can change pressure quite a bit with temperature? Could it be the case by coincidence you are inflating to pressure when warm and checking to find this apparent loss when colder?

If it’s going flat to the amount the tubes lose shape and go wrinkly that’s a leak not temp change.

Some leaks can be hard to find. I usually make up the washing up liquid solution and whip it up to a foam and put that over each section then watch for several minutes. Foam can show up small leaks better than sloshing on soapy water.

Sounds like a Zodiac Grand Raid if it's got inter-communicating valves. The rubber diaphragms and rubber cap inserts do fail over time, so check the valves especially when you're doing the soapy-water test.
