Bude has a good slipway, if you have a good truck. Concrete but narrow. Can be used 2 hours or so either side of high tide. Appledore is great, especially if you fancy Lundy, take about 35 / 40 mins by car, again only a 2.5 hr window either side but great for all day. That said a run round to Clovelly or Hartland is easily possible in the window.
Boscastle has a good slip, a good truck opens the window as you drop into the river bed, but don't expect anything more then half tide, and parking is a couple of minutes walk away.
For beach, Port Gaverne, its where we launch the dive boat from regularly, sand once off the slip, hard enough but don't sit on tick over!! Usable at all tide states but parking is a real pain. Next along is Rock, launch by the sailing club.
