1st rib advice

Hi Im looking at getting my first rib soon. Not looking to spend a lot of cash £ 3 k ish so im looking for some advice.

I have looked at a couple of 10 year old plus with yamaha 40 hp outboards one 4.1m and one 3.65m

any advice for a 1st rib around this budget ? final question would a bigger or smaller rib be better for pulling a skier with the same hp engine ?

cheers

A longer boat would give more stability.

Just go buy the best one you can afford and go play ... before the summer is over.
