1st time Rib buyer and need help

Greetings,

I know I want a RIB and have found one that looks like a reasonable deal. The RIB is a 19" Nautica w new tubes that appear to be in good condition. It has a 10 year onld 4 stroke Honda w all the service records. I think that I can purchase the Boat for around $10K. Sound reasonable? Anybody have experience w. painting the tubs to cover up leaks? That is just in case there are leaks.
