1st weekend on the RIB

Well...what a blinding weekend! Picked up our RIB on friday & have been out on her at every available moment since. Absolutely no regrets about buying her whatsoever. Quite a bit of chop & swell in the Solent this weekend but it didn't spoil the enjoyment. The RIB handled it well & was surprisingly smooth for a 6m.
Reading thru the forum, it looks like Brigs aren't a favourite for many (?) but I have to say we love it.
Looks like the weather's going to be pretty good this week again so will hopefully get more use out of her.
We've called her 'SPOOK' so if you're around the Solent at all & see us...give us a wave.

No, not us. Filthy weather out there. Don't envy them at all.

Yes. Filthy weather, particularly on the return home around lunchtime. Still - great fun and the boat performed well. Albeit we were shipping green waves for the last 15 minutes before surfing back into Portsmouth harbour!
