I'm new to this forum, as to RIB'ing, though not to boating. I'm looking into buying a second hand RIB, for the use of the youths in the household. One of the boats I've found, is a 2004 Ribeye 450.

I haven't been able to find a lot about this Ribeye model, but gather that this is a well reputed manufacturer.
Is 2004 old for a boat like this?
Is it likely that it will need re-tubing soon? Is that possible at a reasonable cost?
What to look for, if I decide to go (quite a distance...) to look at it?
