2014 Best bits ?

So ...a 'New Year' thread...

Whats your highlights ?

For me ...

Defo my baby ribcraft in Cornwall @ the lizard , the Nacho run 2014 was a superb day, and a day out with both my boats - me in one and a naught dwarf in the other along the Jurassic coast ...

Some vids on Youtube of some stuff....

Mine were the night time session on my Advanced Powerboat course in Plymouth Sound (I had no idea it could get that dark!), and my rough weather handling course that Jon Mendez put on for me!

I have had a limited boating year this year - but the arrival of Oscar has got to be the best..

Not been the greatest boating year for me for a number of reasons. For me the best 'bit' was off the water; the three days at SBS with the MacRib, as in the last pic of post 8. Really enjoyed those days

Boating wise mine would be taking a day off midweek in the summer, hot and calm weather and cruising to Chapmans Pool, dropping anchor, no other boats about and spending a great afternoon snorkeling having a cold beer and enjoying the scenery and weather.

RIOW 2014 and everything we did for Macrib. Time on my boat was a bit of a washout in 2014, hoping for a better 2015!
