It's a Pacific 22 - lots of info on here if you do a search. Ex Navy RIB. Very well built hull. However, that one has been on ebay for months. It looks like its in a right state! If you can get it very cheap its probably worth a go, but I wouldn't want to pay more than about £500 for that. It'll need a LOT of money spent on it including most probably new tubes.
