27 foot R.I.B Lost.....

......whilst crossing the Pond.

My brother who is a skipper of a 30m (100ft) yacht based in the States has just sent me an email advising that the local C.G have issued a warning to all ships that a 250ft M.V (motor vessel) has lost a 27ft tender off her tail whilst making passage from R.I to Bermuda inbound for the Med where my brother is currently sailing.

Anyone fancy putting together a search party ?

Most things in the Atlantic end up on West Wales beaches due to the Gulf stream - often find things like palm trees and coconuts washed up!!! I remember a powerboat hull turning up that had been submerged off Antigua - took quite some time to drift over!!!

Having said that the RIB will prob be spotted long before it gets here worse luck.....
