1) depend on condition but some where between £2000 & £3000
2) easy, you can just swap the engine and use a loom converter to fit the 4 stroke if the new engine is newer than 2006, a pre 2006 would be a straight swap. If you change the control box as well, all holes and fitting are the same so it's straight swap, the only difficulty will depend on how easy it is to thread the new loom through.
3) The main benefit will be fuel efficiency & not having the 2 stroke oil but the 2 stroke is a good engine
