SR4 is great fun although it'll be cosy with four on board. 5.4 will be better suited to what your after but then you'll get a very tidy SR4 for prob £2500 and a "fit for purpose" SR5.4 for £3500....

hi RossG,
i was in a similar situation to you a few months ago apart from i originally started looking for a sr4. hears the thread i started at the time http://rib.net/forum/showthread.php?...ght=sr4+family

the general impression i got was that that it would only be ok in very calm water and be very cramped

in the end i ended up buying a zodiac pro 500 that I got for just over my budget and it came with a lot of extras, so i'm sure you will find something within your budget!
